Everyone knows that kids imagination is far more entertaining than adults. Because they don't have much to worry about, and haven't dealt in reality for any length of time, than come up with ideas that wouldn't even occur to grown-ups. There needs to be no basis for why something in a kids story happens, it just does. The downside to youngsters though is that they can't draw for shit. But, what if some 5 year old with a rampant imagination happens to have a 29 year old brother who is a comic artist? Axe Cop...that's what happens.
