You stay classy Philly Fan! This guy really must like Placido Polanco, because he was obviously aroused. If you'll notice, there isn't even anything to celebrate at the moment, but this guy takes the opportunity to cheer and grab a boob. Now don't get me wrong, I've been know, quite frequently actually, to cop a feel in public, but I always make sure it's at a time when there is no chance of anyone noticing.
