the Doctor Who special 'The Waters of Mars" beat out two other Wholigan installments as well as episodes of Dollhouse and Flashforward to win the Hugo for Best Dramatic Presentation -Short Form."The Waters of Mars" was my favorite out of all the specials, though i all hoesty, the competition was not very fierce. "The Waters of Mars" was the only one that did not appear to be phoned in by Russell T. Davies. David Tennant was looking a little haggard in the roe, too.
