HOW TO SELL BABY CARROTS

Every so often I get the random idea that I should eat really healthy. I go grocery shopping and buy a bunch of salad that inevitably just goes bad in the refrigerator drawer while go and get McDonald's. The times may be changing though. This commercial definitely makes me want to go out and get some baby carrots. Perhaps eating healthy isn't so bad after all.

DOLPH LUNDGREN VS UNICORN FOR NORTON INTERNET SECURITY

Easily the best computer related ad I've seen. Are you going to let Dolph Lundgren manhandle your unicorn? Aboslutely! I'm still not going to buy their internet security system, but I will pass this video along to everyone I know. Maybe one of them is dumb enough to pay for it.

Time for some unicorn on the cobb!

SAMMY DAVIS JR. AD FOR SUNTORY WHITE WHISKY

I miss the good old days when people could actually drink and smoke in commercials.  OK, so I actually couldn't care less; it doesn't really change my commercial viewing pleasure in the slightest.  There is something about seeing Sammy Davis Jr. actually drink the whisky though that speaks directly to my soul and makes me want to sit down with a few fingers of delicious booze.  Whisky has never been this jazzy before, so it's gotta be good.  Don't confuse Sammy's endorsement though to mean that all jazzy liquors are created equal.

Back in my collegiate days, I, like many, had a liquor bottle collection growing on the wall.  My rules were simple: nothing less than 40 proof and no repeats. The collecting ended in the neighborhood of 160 bottles, so as you can imagine I started to get into some interesting choices.  One that I came across was Jazz Vodka. Let me tell you, that shit sucks. It's what started my belief that the more interesting the bottle, the worse the booze.  Trust me, stay away from creative bottles.

BANGS ON FACEBOOK AND THE JAZZ

I broke the Bangs story way back last November with his hot jam Take You to da Movies and my post with the lyics is still one of my most viewed pages. Well, thankfully he's back, and in a big way.  The Sudanese savant continues to be the worst best talker rapper to ever grace the internet. I have to imagine that Soulja-Boy Jay-Z is working his ass off to sign him to his record label. Master P may even be able to go from the gutter to butter again if he can manage to sign Bangs.

The first I saw of him again was an ad from Honda Australia for the Jazz. How much rap can you pack into their car? Well, hopefully a shitload because Bangs has a lot to give. Everything he does has a completely different sound to it; his range is incredibly dynamic. The commercial may be the top car-reference since David Hasselhoff told you to Jump In My Car

If that wasn't enough for you, boy is it your lucky day. Not only did he shoot that tremendous commercial, he also dropped a new single on the world like an F Bomb. My sources tell me that MTV Jams is considering already declaring it the "Jam of the Decade," putting it on par with December 1963, Stairway to Heaven, Danger Zone, Smells Like Teen Spirit, and Hey Ya.  It takes a brilliant artist to compose a masterpiece about something like facebook. I really hope there is a twitter remix coming soon, possibly featuring Puff Daddy P. Diddy Diddy Sean Combs and Jermaine Dupris.

ANDES - TELETRANSPORTER

Do you have a piece of shit girlfriend that hates when you go out with the boys?  No, I didn't so; neither do I.  Clearly if you regularly read The Skinny you are the type of guy to whom no woman could ever be attracted.  But if by some miracle you get one, you better start choosing your bars wisely.  Always look for the Teletransporter logo on the outside to be sure that you can answer her inevitable phone call and successfully lie you ass off.

NIKON'S NEWEST HOT CHICKS

To be honest, I don't have anything all that witty to say about this, but it was too good of a picture to pass on posting. Two hot chicks in bed? Yeah that's gonna need to go up. I'd be creeping from a window across the street too. Nikon is a pretty smart company.
