If you are one of the people that still watches 24 regularly, you know that Jack Bauer has gotten more ridiculous as the seasons have passed. At this point, he's declared the President of the United States an enemy of the state. He's gone rogue yet again and is out there doing whatever the hell he thinks is right. At least now he realized that people with guns only miss for so long and decided to put some body armor on. And being Jack Bauer, a simple bullet proof vest isn't good enough for him.
