"Enemies of a Time Lord" would indicate the rumors of daleks, Cybermen, and Sontarans making a return appearance are true. I guess when the BBC wanted Steven Moffat to *ahem* reconsider his plan to not use old villains, he decided to give them want they wanted with a vengeance.
