Circuit Court Ends FCC Net Neutrality Power Grab

The DC Circuit Court struck a blow towards the Marxist plot (No, really.) to curtail free speech on the internet. the court ruled the FCC's power grab exceeded its statute.

Specifically, the FCC doesn't have the authority to force broadband providers to treat all internet traffic equally. Blocking services by a private corporation--in this case, Comcast blocking BitTorrent--is allowed.

I applaud the decision, but alarmists are already upset that "evil corporate interests" will ban acess to certain sites or limit choice of services if the government does not step in to "protect" internet freedom. Anyone who believes that needs to read this primer on what Net neutrality really is.
